Paco Sr.

Paco Sr. has worked on this farm for nearly 30 years and has tended the vines from the beginning. He knows the vineyard deeply and has been an important teacher and resource as our family continues learning the land. He is also highly skilled with tractors and equipment. During harvest, truck drivers are often amazed by the precision and steadiness he brings to loading grape bins with the forklift. Paco also helps care for the soil and vines through compost tea brewing and application, supporting the health of the whole farm from the ground up.
