The People Who Care for This Place
Acania is cared for by a team of people whose knowledge, labor, and long relationship with the land shape the farm every day.
Some are here daily, tending the vines, gardens, soil, equipment, and living systems of the property. Others hold the larger vision, family legacy, research questions, and long-term direction of the farm.
Together, this is the community of people helping Acania grow into what it is becoming.

Family Stewards
As the Rehnborg family, our role is to carry forward the legacy of soil, plant, and human health while learning from the land and the people who know it best. We help hold the vision, resources, relationships, and long-term questions guiding Acania’s next chapter.

Dr. Sam
Dr. Sam provides the foundational link between the history of Nutrilite and the future of Acania. With a PhD in Biophysics and a lifetime of experience at his father's side, he brings an unmatched depth of knowledge to the project. For Sam, Acania is the perfect place to pursue the family goal of "optimal health" through the soil.

Francesca
Francesca ensures that Acania is not just a farm, but a home. Drawing on decades of experience entertaining friends and global leaders, she manages the "inner life" of the property. She has a natural instinct for how a guest experiences a space, ensuring every visit is marked by warmth and connection.

Lisa
With a background in Human Resources and employee appreciation, Lisa is the heart of the team culture at Acania. She believes that work is most productive when it’s filled with laughter – a philosophy she inherited from her father. After a career as a corporate executive, Lisa has fully embraced the role of "sponge," asking a million questions and learning the intricacies of soil health from the experts on the ground.

Rod
Rod spent 25 years researching economics and financial markets, but he has now applied that rigorous research mindset to a much more complex, nonlinear system: the agricultural ecosystem. At Acania, Rod acts as the bridge between theory and practice, coordinating the labor, machinery, and administration required to turn a vision into a working farm.

Koral
Koral approaches land as a living system where everything affects everything else. With a background in permaculture, biodynamics, and regenerative design, she spends much of her time listening to the property before making changes. She acts as a vital link between the family, the crew, and the land itself translating complex regenerative ideas into functional protocols and beautiful spaces.

Heath
Heath is the engine behind the farm’s closed-loop systems. With a background spanning psychology, creative farming, and business structures, he focuses on making the farm’s mechanical, irrigation, and biological systems work in harmony. He is constantly thinking about how to reduce waste and ensure the property is both ecologically and financially sustainable.
